Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced club, restaurant, or catering environment preferred.
• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises stand workers in the VIP area and coordinates setup and closing procedures.
• Ensures cleanliness and stocking of all work stations and timely replacement stock.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and enforces alcohol policies.
• Manages staff to meet health and food prep guidelines.
• Counts ending inventory at close and prepares stock for the next event.
