Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated and organized with prioritization skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to read and maintain information.
• Strong English reading/writing skills and front-line guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stand workers in the VIP area and assist in setup and closing procedures.
• Ensure clean, stocked work stations and proper inventory counts.
• Process paperwork accurately and enforce alcohol policies.
• Coordinate with staff to meet health and safety guidelines.
• Count ending inventory and organize stock for subsequent events.
