Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a VIP Stand Supervisor to oversee stand workers in the VIP area and ensure clean, well-stocked stations. You will manage inventory, update daily event sheets, and coordinate with hospitality teams to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements include 2–4 years in high-end service, a HS diploma (some college preferred), and ability to stand for long periods. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Two to four years in a fast-paced club, restaurant or catering location.
• High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized with prioritization.
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Able to stand, walk long distances, lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP Area.
• Oversees stand set-up and closing procedures, inventory, prep, cleaning.
• Ensures stations are clean and stocked; orders replacement stock as needed.
• Completes paperwork accurately and efficiently; enforces alcohol policies.
• Ensures food prep meets Legends and health guidelines; staff cross-training.
• Works with staff to count inventory and prepare for the next event.
• Maintains friendly, professional demeanor and guest satisfaction.
