Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering setting.
• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• Able to read, write and understand English; punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinated activities of stand workers in the VIP Area.
• Oversees stand set-up and closing procedures, inventories, prep and cleaning.
• Ensures stations are clean and stocked; orders replacement stock as needed.
• Completes required paperwork efficiently and accurately.
• Ensures alcohol policies are followed; enforces health guidelines.
• Trains and coordinates staff; fills any position as needed.
• Counts ending inventory at closing and organizes stock for next event.
