Qualifications

• Two to four years in fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant, or catering.
• High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized with prioritization.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Able to read and maintain information.
• Able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Speak, read, write and understand English.
• Move quickly and meet service time frames.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area.
• Oversees and/or participates in stand set-up and closing procedures (inventory, prep, cleaning).
• Keeps stations clean and stocked; orders replacement stock as necessary.
• Completes paperwork accurately; ensures alcohol policies are followed.
• Manages staff to meet health guidelines for food preparation.
• Knowledgeable of all positions; willing and able to fill any position.
• Counts ending inventory and organizes stock at closing.
• Knowledgeable of POS system including voids and closing procedures.
• Inputs daily event sheets and daily reports.
• Works with customer service to improve guest service.
• Performs inventory at assigned locations.
• Maintains friendly, professional demeanor.
• Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Knows venue layout and menus; provides attentive service.
• Complies with service standards, inventory, and cash control.
• Works as a team with other departments; flexible scheduling.
