Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking a VIP Sales Representative to develop and coordinate programs that attract VIP players and host guests to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.

The role requires building relationships, handling guest requests, and keeping guests informed of events and promotions across channels. It also involves hosting events, telemarketing, and managing confidential guest information with professional discretion.

Qualifications

• One to two years of casino experience preferred.
• A 4-year degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of OASIS Player Tracking System and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop new, existing and inactive VIP players by fostering relationships via calls, in-person visits, events, notes and follow-up.
• Manage guest requests, own issues and resolve promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inform hosted guests of events and promotions through all channels of communication.
• Organize and execute special events and participate in telemarketing to confirm attendance.
• Award gifts, tickets, and benefits based on gaming activity and program guidelines.
• Spend long periods on the phone during shifts.
• Participate in VIP Host on duty rotation and assist other departments with guest issues as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
