Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated's Colonial Downs Group is seeking an Ambassador to serve as a friendly main contact to guests on the gaming floor, assisting with marketing and promotional programs, and supporting loyalty initiatives.

The role requires flexibility for long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; a high school diploma, customer service experience, Virginia Racing Commission license, and a valid driver’s license are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One (1) year of customer service experience and/or training preferred.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must obtain valid Virginia Racing Commission License.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Increases value of the brand with programs and execution.
• Identifies value of the brand with programs and execution.
• Executes guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs and responds to guest requirements.
• Assists guests on the gaming floor with understanding HHR machine play.
• Maintains knowledge of all events, promotions, advertising campaigns, and community events.
