Qualifications

• Five years’ gaming industry or Players Club experience required.
• Virginia Racing Commission license must be obtained.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service and hospitality to casino guests.
• Develops and implements promotions and maintains VIP player relationships.
• Promotes Players Club and programs to members.
• Coordinates promotional activities and events for guest engagement.
• Maintains confidentiality of guest and financial information.
• Handles communications via telemarketing, letters, and emails to retain guests.
• Collaborates with security and marketing to fulfill special guest requests.
• Occasionally drives company vehicles and assists in marketing functions.
