Job summary

Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel is seeking a Player Development Manager to lead and grow our loyalty program. You will manage Rewards Club Hosts, build relationships with premium guests, and drive data-driven strategies to boost visitation and profitable gaming activity.

You will hire, train and coach the team, maintain portfolios, and collaborate with Marketing to design VIP events and targeted promotions. This role requires strong leadership, analytics, and a commitment to exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3+ years in casino operations, player development, loyalty programs or guest relations management.
• Experience leading Casino Hosts or rewards staff is strongly preferred.
• Experience using player tracking, loyalty, CRM, comp and kiosk systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and daily execution of the player development program to increase guest loyalty and profitable gaming activity.
• Develop measurable player development strategies and establish performance benchmarks.
• Oversee Rewards Club Host operations and staffing; ensure prompt, courteous, accurate service.
• Mentor and evaluate Rewards Club Hosts and team members; maintain records.
• Maintain structured player portfolios, assign players, and monitor performance.
• Personally manage a portfolio of premium guests and act as a trusted point of contact on property.
• Identify high-potential players via tracking systems and prioritize outreach with data-driven plans.
• Oversee comps and reinvestment, ensure fiscal responsibility and guest profitability.
• Plan promotional events, VIP invitations and tournaments with Marketing and Database Analyst.
• Translate analytics into action: host assignments, outreach priorities, and coaching plans.
