Job summary

Prairie Band Casino & Resort seeks a dedicated VIP Relations professional to manage relationships with a select group of VIP players. You will identify, develop, and maintain VIP gaming customers, driving incremental trips, business relationships, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include tracking player activity, tailoring rewards, and communicating promotions and events across telesales, in-person, and digital channels while collaborating with marketing and hospitality teams to deliver

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1 year in gaming operations, outside sales, telemarketing, service/hospitality or equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Windows software.

Responsibilities

Track VIP player activity, preferences, and spending to tailor rewards.
Communicate with VIP players through telesales, in-person and digital channels to educate on services and events.
Manage hotel occupancy to maximize revenue per rated room.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data, policies, and marketing programs.
Collaborate with marketing, gaming, and hospitality to deliver VIP experiences.
