Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is seeking a Manager of Player Services to lead the Player Development team and deepen relationships with our most valuable guests. This role partners with Marketing and Operations to design personalized experiences that increase loyalty, visitation, and overall property profitability.

You will manage VIP events, analyze guest data, and develop programs that maximize guest value while upholding confidentiality and responsible gaming practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in related field.
• Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicable.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Player Development team to achieve goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value guests through personalized service.
• Develop strategies to increase visitation, gaming activity, and retention among targeted guests.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability for team members, including outreach and events.
• Monitor guest activity, value, visitation, reinvestment, and other KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Plan and execute VIP events and hosted experiences to maximize guest satisfaction.
