• 3–5 years experience as a reservations agent in transportation
• Must be able to multi-task with heavy phones, emails, and multiple projects
• Excellent customer service, phone skills, and courteous communication
• Strong listening skills to confirm booking details with clients

Responsibilities

• Assist VIP Reservations Agents on hire and train existing staff as needed
• Accurately book chauffeured ground transportation locally, nationally, and internationally and coordinate with national affiliates
• Multi-task across phone, emails, and bookings while maintaining professionalism
• Monitor reservation channels and respond promptly to client requests
• Ensure timely status updates of national rides and excellent service via affiliate network
• Review client reservations for accuracy and quality
