Job summary

Caesars Entertainment, Inc. in the Atlantic City region seeks a reservationist to coordinate rooms, transportation, and promotions while delivering VIP service. You will handle reservations, communicate comp criteria, and respond to inquiries using multiple internal systems.

The role requires attention to accuracy, independent work, and familiarity with LMS, CMS, Outlook, and reservation software. NJ CER license and customer-service experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Two years customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
• HS degree or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate room and transportation for guests on assigned shift.
• Assist with check-outs using NCM guidelines and comp criteria.
• Provide information on comps and status to agents and customers.
• Handle daily email requests for reservations and promotions; book rooms/events.
• Data entry, records maintenance, and charter activity documentation across systems.
• Manage daily logistics for bus and plane programs; training on LMS/CMS/Outlook.
