Job summary

Caesars Digital is seeking a VIP iGaming Executive Host in Jersey City to manage a high-value book of business and deliver white-glove service via calls, emails, and texts. You will extend VIP promotions, educate guests, and collaborate with leadership to drive gaming growth across multiple property channels.

The role emphasizes a data-driven approach to player reinvestment, strong relationship-building, and compliance across jurisdictions where Caesars casinos operate.

Qualifications

• Three+ years’ experience in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of iGaming required.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for improving the VIP experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, understanding analytics dashboards, and gaming technologies.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license in all jurisdictions Caesars casinos operate in.
• Must be able to commute to the office each day.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business of our highest value iGaming customers.
• Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios.
• Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions.
• Build meaningful relationships through 40 – 50 phone calls per day.
• Strategically email and text extend offers, promotions, and events.
• Educate guests on the importance of VIP along with providing them dedicated gaming resources.
• Support teammates in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday.
• Execute strategic marketing campaigns designed to enhance our guests' gaming experience.
• Organize and make reservations to our properties nationwide on behalf of your VIP guests.
• Attend meetings with leadership to ensure you are supported and equipped to perform your job at the highest standard.
• Maintain healthy growth amongst all gaming metrics for the business you’re responsible for.
• Engage in actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize these risks.
• Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
