Caesars Entertainment in Atlantic City is seeking a Guest Services Associate to grow gaming revenues by building relationships with guests and enrolling them in the Caesars Rewards loyalty program. You will actively walk the casino floor selling and signing up new customers while maintaining the highest levels of hospitality.

This role requires 21+ years of age, strong guest service skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, including extended hours during events.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21.
• Minimum of two years of guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to resolve stressful situations.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work extended hours during events, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to adhere to New Jersey gaming regulations and guidelines.

Job Description

Maintains relationships with valued gaming guests and markets our gaming product to all guests. Supports Caesars Rewards team when needed. $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guest, provides exceptional customer service, encourages guest to enroll in our new card sign up program and create brand loyalty.
• Must possess the ability to actively and constantly sell a product.
• Follows all relevant policies and procedures, keep confidentiality of information
• Ability to communicate with other departments both on property and within all Caesars entertainment, also with vendors/partners.
• Be familiar and help with promotions and events.
• Showcase exemplary usage of RTCM- system used for greeting guests and maintaining high visibility on the casino floor.
• Promote in Casino and Marketing events both on and off property.
• Meet and greet guests and keep the highest levels of courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitude throughout interactions
• Position is designated as Atlantic City Operations for cross-property marketing purposes.
