Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer services for internal and external guests on assigned shift.
• Arrange rooms and transportation for arrivals/departures using guidelines.
• Provide comp status information to agents, customers and CET departments.
• Handle daily email requests for reservations and explain comp criteria.
• Maintain data entry, records and charter activity using multiple systems.
• Manage daily logistics for bus and plane programs.
• Train new hires on LMS, CMS, reservation system and Outlook.
• Respond to emails regarding bookings, events and promotions to book.
• Proactively resolve inquiries, researching customer accounts and internal controls.
• Apply NCM guidelines to make VIP comp decisions when eligible.
• Contact independent agents or customers by phone for clarification.
• Anticipate needs and arrange transportation/accommodations for future visits.
• Operate with integrity and comply with all rules and policies.
