• Hotel Sourcing & Coordination: source and secure inventory for production teams.
• Negotiate competitive rates and secure upgrades with hotel partners.
• Coordinate group room blocks and monitor cut-off dates.
• Align accommodations with production schedules and shoot locations.
• Manage production travel logistics and last-minute changes.
