Qualifications

• Extensive travel industry experience (20+ years) with expertise in US domestic travel, international itineraries, fare rules, and loyalty programs.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
• Advanced knowledge of travel industry rules and entry requirements that shift by destination.
• Strong ability to guide travelers and collaborate with colleagues with precise writing.

Responsibilities

• Own every VIP itinerary from start to finish, booking international air, hotel, rail, and car within client loyalty programs.
• Protect sensitive traveler information and ensure all bookings stay within the client’s policy.
• Anticipate traveler needs by learning preferences and applying them to each booking.
• Collaborate with colleagues to raise standards and share tips for clean, well-documented files.
