Qualifications

• Extensive travel industry experience (20+ years) with US domestic travel, international itineraries, fare rules, and loyalty program mechanics.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own every VIP itinerary from start to finish, including international air, hotel, rail, and car bookings within the client's travel policy.
• Complete document verification and pre-check for every traveler; advise on entry requirements.
• Learn and apply each traveler's preferences across bookings to anticipate needs.
• Support colleagues by sharing tips to turn a good file into a clean one and manage complex accounts.
