Jet Aviation in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Flight Management Representative to coordinate domestic and international client trips with precision and personalized service. You will manage itineraries, FBO coordination, scheduling, and communications for ultra-high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role requires five days a week with four in-office days, occasional evenings and weekends, and a focus on accuracy, discretion, and seamless trip execution across government

Formación

• 3-5 years in a similar role coordinating private aviation or concierge-style service.
• Experience with ultra-high net worth clients and high-touch service.
• Knowledge of private aviation operations and government guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate logistics of domestic and international client trips.
• Prepare itineraries, airport selection, FBO coordination, and transport for clients.
• Manage high-volume emails and calls, assisting crews, clients, and vendors.
• Collaborate with crew, maintenance, and operations to execute flights safely.
• Brief crewmembers, review flight details, and ensure trip readiness.
