Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for domestic and international client trips.
• Prepare itineraries: times, airports, FBO coordination, transportation.
• Handle high-volume email communications and timely acknowledgments.
• Answer calls and assist crews, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with crew, maintenance, and operations to execute flights within guidelines.
• Provide high-touch customer service with professional etiquette.
• Assign crewmembers to trips per regulations and client needs.
• Manage scheduling challenges including crew and client demands.
• Coordinate client catering and ground transportation as requested.
• Maintain client profiles in planning systems for trip planning.
