Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ultra-high net worth clients in concierge-style service.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of government and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics of domestic and international client trips.
• Prepare itineraries including airports, FBO coordination and transportation.
• Handle high-volume email and phone communications.
• Collaborate with crew, maintenance and operations to execute flights within guidelines.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain client profiles.
