Job summary

Tradewind Aviation seeks a Client Services Account Manager to ensure smooth execution of private charter flights and premier client service from start to finish. You will manage client interactions, collect trip details, and coordinate logistics with care for VIP and Goodspeed clients.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to juggle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in client services or sales in luxury travel, aviation, or hospitality.
• Experience with Part 135 or similar aviation environments a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect trip details for private charters and scheduled flights.
• Coordinate trip logistics including catering and ground transport.
• Confirm trip details and send day-prior itineraries.
• Monitor operational issues and communicate updates to clients.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve outstanding payments.
• Provide coverage for Owner Services when necessary.
