Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Hospitality or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, proactively building trust and rapport that extends beyond individual trips.
• Use empathetic communication and active listening to foster enduring relationships.
• Take initiative to anticipate client preferences, uncover unspoken needs, and create opportunities to deliver personalized and memorable travel moments.
• Foster strong collaboration by working cross‑functionally and ensuring alignment across channels.
• Own the full lifecycle of each reservation and advocate for swift resolution and seamless execution.
