Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aviation or Hospitality required.
• 4-6 years of experience in client services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and partner with Owner Services to deliver improved travel experiences; manage high priority flights with Operations partners to mitigate issues.
• Track and improve travel experience using KPI metrics (likelihood to recommend, on-time performance, client satisfaction, profile accuracy).
• Maintain accurate client information and ensure effective information sharing with Account Managers.
• Coordinate with Marketing events for client opportunities and oversee on-site support for special events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive positive outcomes for NetJets and clients.
• Maintain ongoing training and stay updated on company updates, industry news, and technology enhancements.
