Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in client services or account management.
• Bachelor's in Aviation or Hospitality required.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze service metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and partner with Owner Services to enhance travel experiences.
• Track and improve travel experience KPIs (e.g., on-time performance, client satisfaction).
• Maintain accurate client information and information sharing with Account Managers.
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing for client opportunities and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive positive outcomes for NetJets and clients.
• Engage in ongoing training and industry developments.
