Job summary

Silver Air seeks a Charter Trip Manager to own the full lifecycle of Flight Club membership from onboarding to retention and upsell. This on-site Santa Barbara role combines sales leadership, hospitality architecture, and product ownership, working with the PJA, Ops, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional charter experiences.

You will manage HubSpot CRM, define service standards by tier, and build a reporting cadence with member metrics and revenue dashboards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience in luxury hospitality, private aviation, or premium client services.
• Proven ability to design and scale client experience programs.
• Strong CRM discipline with data ownership and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end member journey from pre-trip to post-flight follow-up.
• Own CRM usage, tracking, and reporting for Flight Club members.
• Negotiate with partners and manage luxury brand collaborations.
• Design quarterly member events and build a partnerships ecosystem.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Ops, and Finance.
