Job summary

Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking a Partnership Coordinator to cultivate relationships with partners and sponsors, manage activations, and drive engagement at live events. You will support sponsorship sales, fulfillment, and group ticketing while coordinating deliverables and event-day execution.

The role emphasizes building a strong sponsor pipeline, preparing proposals, and collaborating with marketing and operations to deliver measurable results for fans and partners alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or closely related field of study, or equivalent additional work experience.
• 1-2+ years of experience in account sales, partnership management, sponsorship activation, or related roles within the live sports and entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of sponsorship activation and partnership dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day to day contact for assigned partners, providing attentive and proactive service to enhance their experience.
• Identify new sponsor prospects through research, leads, referrals, and community connections.
• Assist in development of partnership proposals, presentations, and marketing materials; support negotiation and agreement execution.
• Schedule and participate in sponsor meetings; present sponsorship packages independently and support larger meetings with the Marketing and Partnership Manager.
• Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment across events and platforms, including signage, digital assets, promotions, hospitality, and on site activations.
• Monitor partnership performance through comprehensive reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement promotional initiatives and execute partnership campaigns.
• Support event day needs for partners and ensure their objectives are met during live events.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with partners to foster loyalty and renewal opportunities.
• Identify and contact relevant groups for ticket sales opportunities and coordinate group attendance and logistics.
