Job summary

Bon Secours Wellness Arena is seeking a Premium Services Coordinator to be the go-to contact for premium clients, handling ticketing, parking, hospitality, and exclusive experience planning. You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and hospitality teams to ensure flawless event experiences.

The role emphasizes proactive client communication, VIP service, and close coordination with Levy Restaurants for food and beverage offerings, with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, hospitality management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in client services, hospitality, or event management, preferably in live entertainment or sports.
• Experience managing premium/high-touch external client relationships is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the premium clients' primary contact, delivering personalized support and a seamless event experience.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
• Coordinate all aspects of premium services including ticketing, parking, hospitality, promotions, and enhanced experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute premium services arrangements and planning.
