Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 7 years of player development experience with at least 3 years in casino promotions and retention.
- Multilingual abilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and exemplify company values through guest service and professionalism.
- Assist the CMO in providing strategic leadership for Player Development operations.
- Plan and oversee day-to-day player development activities and collaborate with other departments.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff to meet guest experience and operational goals.
- Develop staffing plans to ensure adequate labor for guest experience and operations.
- Analyze marketing trends and programs to maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal controls.
