Job summary

Running Creek Casino in Upper Lake, CA seeks an Elite Casino Host to build one-on-one relationships with high-value guests, strengthening loyalty and boosting profitability. You will collaborate with all departments, develop marketing strategies, and prepare guest-activity reports.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 21 years of age.
Previous experience working with the public preferred.

Responsibilities

Work all shifts, all days, 365 days a year as needed.
Determine guest worthiness for comps.
Occasionally dine with guests.
Host off-property events.
Represent the casino at events.
Be available to guests at all times, including carrying a cell phone.
Be available for offsite events.
Know and convey ongoing promotions and events.
Access guest personal and play information.
Create monthly reports on guests visits and play.
Develop knowledge of guests personal preferences and patterns.
Dress in an appropriate business/casual fashion.
Always represent Running Creek Casino on and off property.
