The ideal candidate will have a strong background in player development and marketing, along with substantial management experience. Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in player development, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum three years of management experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Player Development operations and manage the Executive Hosts.
• Create and monitor Player Development budgets.
• Manage and evaluate performance of player agents.

Excellent communication skills

Education
