Qualifications

• 3+ years in Gaming, Marketing, Hospitality, Sales, or CRM required.
• Casino host or player development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of casino marketing, player reinvestment, and loyalty programs.
• Strong multitasking, organization, judgment, and problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; cloud data management.
• English reading, writing, and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain player lists and sales targets.
• Recruit new high-value players through prospecting and direct marketing.
• Serve as VIP contact, delivering exceptional service.
• Analyze player activity to tailor offers and incentives.
• Coordinate events and promotions to strengthen guest relations.
• Maintain CRM systems and player records.
