Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive casino player development experience, preferably in Las Vegas or destination markets.
• Demonstrated success growing gaming revenue through player acquisition, retention, and relationships.
• Nevada Gaming registration or ability to obtain licensing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire, retain, reactivate, and grow valuable casino guests.
• Lead and develop the casino host team with clear performance standards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Casino Operations, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Hotel Ops to align VIP initiatives.
