Qualifications

• You’re a people-person and a pet-person.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid communication across phone, in-person and email.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their pets with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answering phones and multi-tasking with a smile and efficiency.
• Touring clients through the facility and selling services to keep tails wagging.
• Maintaining up-to-date vaccinations records on file for safety.
• Checking in/out guests and balancing the cash drawer at day’s end.
• Resolving complaints with patience and a positive attitude.
