Qualifications

• Two years scheduling experience for multiple physician practices or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with professional, patient-centered service.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments per clinic standards.
• Use clinic systems (Allscripts, Centricity) to retrieve information and manage referrals.
• Adhere to HIPAA privacy and security requirements at all times.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling documents and meet quality metrics.
