Job summary

GuideIT in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a skilled On-site Deskside Support Technician to provide direct End-User Computing support for users at the main facility and remote sites. This VIP-heavy environment values professionalism, timely responsiveness, and strong teamwork as you handle incidents, requests, and maintenance across IT assets and services.

Experience in Windows 11, AD, networking basics, and mobile device management is preferred.

Qualifications

Min. 6 years of direct customer IT support.
Proficiency with Windows 11 and classic IT hardware/software issues.
Experience with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
Strong communication and executive-level support ability.
Willingness to travel to remote locations for annual support.

Responsibilities

Provide direct end-user computing support for users at all sites.
Handle requests, incidents, changes and problems within SLAs.
Deliver service desk ticketing, client responses and troubleshooting.
Maintain awareness of business workflows to prioritize tasks.
Proactively communicate with VIP users and deliver high levels of support.
Assist with Mobile Device Management and Directory Services as assigned.
Maintain IT asset inventory and support infrastructure, security, and projects as required.
On-call flexibility.
