Tiffany & Co. in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support top-level client services at South Coast Plaza. You will act as a trusted resource for domestic and global clients, delivering personalized Tiffany Touch and upholding the brand’s heritage.

Role requires expertise in luxury hospitality, strong networking within Orange County, and the ability to manage high net worth client experiences, events, and arrangements. This position is on-site at South Coast Plaza.

• Proven experience networking in and around the Orange County metro.
• Event and catering management experience.
• Expertise in coordinating car and travel arrangements.
• Creation of detailed itineraries.
• Ability to create memorable bespoke experiences.

• Strong commitment to team environment and collaboration.

• Experience in luxury hospitality industries; restaurant, hotel, retail.
• Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants domestically and globally.
• Proven experience working with VIC Clients.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of client service.
• Offer luxury services direct to clients and VIC clients, partnering with all functional teams to deliver elevated, bespoke experiences.
• Share Tiffany and Co. history, product information and servicing offerings.
• Provide local area information and arrange activities, events, restaurants, and transportation to create unique experiences.
• Research local market for new partnership opportunities.
• Build relationships with top hotels, restaurants and hospitality organizations in the area.
• Develop and manage high net worth client experiences at South Coast Plaza.
• Manage client appointments via Booxi and email.
• Engage in client discovery to personalize all touchpoints.
• Network with vendors/establishments to meet brand standards.
• Partner with South Coast Plaza teams.
• Liaise between client advisors and other departments to fulfill needs.
• Set and maintain hosting standards with Store/Commercial Director.
• Support store on an as-needed basis.
• Lead internal tours of South Coast Plaza when needed.
• Support training of In-Store client experiences and Tiffany Salon protocols for new employees.
• Support hospitality and selling events for VIC clientele.
