Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Premium Lounge Host to serve as the dedicated concierge for guests in the lounge, delivering refined, personalized service and ensuring a polished environment. You will be the primary contact for lounge guests, donors, and VIPs, making every guest feel welcomed and valued.

The role emphasizes anticipatory service, collaboration with the events team, and maintaining lounge standards throughout concerts and performances at the Mann Center.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, nights, weekends.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and verify credentials for access.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to lounge guests.
• Serve as primary contact for lounge inquiries and venue information.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of lounge décor and amenities.
• Ensure ticket scanners are ready and functioning.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming lounge environment.
