Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming seeks a senior Learning & Development professional to build the VIP learning function from the ground up. This 3-month contract focuses on architecture, onboarding, and content for high-value customers.

You will author material in Articulate Rise, pilot with real learners, and deliver a scalable hand-off covering staffing and maintenance. Travel may be required for in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Senior L&D or instructional design experience building a learning function for VIP/high-value customers.
• Direct experience in regulated online sports betting/iGaming, with knowledge of KYC/AML requirements.
• Hands-on authoring using Articulate Rise or equivalent.
• Proven ability to extract knowledge from SMEs into usable content.
• Strong facilitation skills for live sessions with senior audiences.
• Comfort with speed and ambiguity and willingness to start building early.
• Willingness to travel for in-person facilitation when required.

Responsibilities

• Design the VIP Learning Architecture across multiple tracks (Account Manager, Acquisition Rep, etc.).
• Define learner journeys, content, modality, measurement, and communications.
• Audit onboarding flows and build Acquisition onboarding from scratch.
• Author content in Articulate Rise; ensure alignment with VIP context.
• Pilot programs with real learners; collect feedback and iterate.
• Deliver a handoff package including staffing, resourcing, and maintenance plans.
