Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is hiring a Senior L&D professional to build a VIP learning architecture and onboarding programs for high-value customers. You will author learner content, pilot initiatives with real learners, and hand off a scalable program with ongoing maintenance and governance.

You’ll work with VIP leadership and the L&D team, leveraging Articulate Rise and Docebo to deliver engaging, compliant training across the organization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Senior L&D or instructional design experience, including building a learning function from the ground up for VIP/high-value customers.
• Direct experience in regulated online sports betting or iGaming, with knowledge of Responsible Gaming, KYC, and AML for customer-facing teams.
• Hands-on authoring capability—build in Articulate Rise or equivalent tool yourself.
• Proven ability to extract knowledge from SMEs and convert it into usable learner content on a deadline.
• Strong facilitation skills and comfort leading live sessions with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design the VIP Learning Architecture across tracks—learner journeys, content, modality, measurement, and communications.
• Build Acquisition onboarding from ground up, including 30/60/90-day flows and manager playbooks.
• Author content (eCourses, job aids, facilitator guides) using Articulate Rise or equivalent.
• Pilot, measure, and hand off a sustainable program with staffing, resourcing, and content maintenance.
