Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a People Development Experience Designer to drive learning design and ROI across the business. You’ll apply adult learning principles to create engaging, multi-format digital courses and develop a cohesive learning portfolio.

You will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to define needs, manage programs, and apply analytics to improve team performance. Experience in gaming or entertainment is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in L&D, HR, Talent Management or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or equivalent; CPLP/CLDP/CPTM certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years’ experience developing corporate e-Learning using Articulate 360, Adobe, Synthesia and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs to identify learning needs and objectives; gather design requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure learning meets business goals.
• Develop and manage the People Development Academy portfolio and content catalog.
