Job summary

DLH Corp is hiring a Hardware Deployment Team Specialist to image, configure, deliver, and deploy Mac and PC computers at NIH and Shady Grove offices. You will provide high‑quality technical support to end users, including VIPs, and manage service requests via a ticketing system to support IT initiatives and projects.

The role requires a High School diploma with 1+ year of experience, proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS, MS Office, and ServiceNow. A Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with at least one year of experience.
• Experience with current desktop and laptop computers.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11; macOS (14 or higher preferred).
• Technical support experience in the Microsoft suite.
• Experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow).
• Strong customer service and end‑user equipment support skills; VIP support preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install Dell laptops and Apple MacBook Pro computers at the NIH campus and Shady Grove offices; install standard/third‑party applications.
• Follow procedures to resolve tasks within SLAs.
• Provide excellent desk‑side and remote support via Bomgar, Teams, and WebEx.
• Ensure equipment is ready for deployment per the TRP calendar.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational policies, including the US Government Baseline.
• Run diagnostics and advise on OS, MS‑Office, and imaging solutions.
• Respond to calls, emails, and requests for technical support.
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows OS versions.
• Perform IT deliveries and pickups using the delivery vehicle.
• Track movement of IT assets in the database within time constraints.
