Job summary

DLH Corporation is seeking a Hardware Deployment Team Specialist to image, configure, and deploy Mac and PC computers at NIH and Shady Grove campuses. You will deliver high‑quality technical support to end users, including VIPs, manage ticketed requests, and ensure secure configuration and imaging across desktop and mobile environments.

The role requires hands‑on hardware deployment, familiarity with macOS and Windows, and ability to adhere to government security baselines.

Qualifications

High School diploma with at least one year of experience.
Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS (14+).
Technical support experience in the Microsoft suite.
Experience using a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow).
Strong written and oral communication; VIP support experience preferred.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree with related experience; certifications desirable if any.

Responsibilities

Configure and install Dell laptops and Apple MacBook Pro at NIH and Shady Grove.
Configure and set up standard/third‑party applications.
Resolve tasks within SLAs and provide high‑quality support.
Support end users desk‑side and remotely via Bomgar, Teams, WebEx.
Manage asset movement and track in the database.
Ensure security policies including US Government Baseline are followed.
Diagnose OS and Office issues and advise solutions.
Respond to calls, emails, requests for tech support.
Operate OS: macOS 13+, Windows 10/11.
