Job summary

KuCoin Exchange is seeking a VIP Business Development Manager to spearhead high-touch institutional client acquisition worldwide. You will leverage an active network of fund managers, trading desks, and family offices to increase platform trading volume and assets while tailoring bespoke liquidity and product solutions.

Work with Product, Risk, and Compliance to streamline onboarding, negotiate tiered fee schedules, and suggest product enhancements.

Qualifications

3–6 years in institutional sales, business development, or account management within Tier-1 crypto exchanges, investment banking, prime brokerage, or related fields.
Proven, verifiable track record of managing and converting an existing network of institutional accounts.

Responsibilities

High-Value Client Acquisition: prospect, pitch, and onboard institutional participants globally.
Capitalizing on Existing Networks: leverage relationships to drive volume and assets.
Bespoke Financial Solutions: tailor exchange offerings across Spot, Derivatives, Margin Lending, and more.
Volume & Tier Management: meet/exceed KPIs for trading volume, NNA, and VIP tier conversions.
Cross-Functional Deal Execution: partner with Product, Risk, and Compliance to streamline onboarding and fee schedules.
Global Ecosystem Presence: represent the exchange at major conferences and VIP events.
