Binance is seeking an entry-level professional to support growth and day-to-day operations for its VIP institutional products. You will help identify prospects, assist in proposals, and streamline onboarding for high-value accounts.

The role emphasizes data analysis and reporting, with collaboration across Product, Compliance, and Legal. A UAE-aligned schedule remote setup is available for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, growth, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and basic SQL; quick to learn.
• Clear written communication for stakeholders.
• Highly organized; able to manage recurring deadlines.
• Based in UAE or aligned with UAE schedule (remote).

Responsabilidades

• Growth and Operations Support: identify high-potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects; support growth initiatives and onboarding.
• Data & Reporting: produce daily/weekly client activity and program performance reports; sanity-check data from warehouses.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: partner with Product, Compliance, and Legal on eligibility and incentives; document processes.
