Job summary
Caesars Digital is seeking a VIP iGaming Executive Host to manage a dedicated book of high-value clients across Caesars properties. You will drive engagement through calls, emails, and texts, while promoting VIP promotions and educating guests on premium resources.
Collaborate with leadership, support teammates, and ensure compliance with all laws and internal policies. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential in this fast-paced role.
Qualifications
- Three+ years’ experience in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of iGaming required.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for improving the VIP experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, understanding analytics dashboards, and gaming technologies.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license in all jurisdictions Caesars casinos operate in.
- Must be able to commute to the office each day.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated book of business of our highest value iGaming customers.
- Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios.
- Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions.
- Build meaningful relationships through 40 – 50 phone calls per day.
- Strategically email and text extend offers, promotions, and events.
- Educate guests on the importance of VIP along with providing them dedicated gaming resources.
- Support teammates in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday.
- Execute strategic marketing campaigns designed to enhance our guests' gaming experience.
- Organize and make reservations to our properties nationwide on behalf of your VIP guests.
- Attend meetings with leadership to ensure you are supported and equipped to perform your job at the highest standard.
- Maintain healthy growth amongst all gaming metrics for the business you’re responsible for.
- Engage in actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize these risks.
- Champion within the organization a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.

- Professional yet personable, paired with discipline on when to use which.
- Technologically inclined with the aptitude to learn new systems and software.
- Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, telephone/headset, etc.
- Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions.
- Must be able to make telephone calls for extended periods (minimum 40+ calls/day).
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
- Must be able to work for long periods of time, under fluorescent lighting.
- Must be able to work at a desk, for most of the day, in a seated position.
- Must be able to spend most of the day working off computer monitors and operating a keyboard.
- Although most of the position will be spent seated at a desk, there will be occasions where the candidate must be able to remain on one’s feet for long periods of time, and/or walk for long distances.
- Must be able to travel as needed.
- Must be able to meet business demands on weekends when necessary.
The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $79,000.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
