Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a VIP iGaming Executive Host to manage a dedicated book of high-value iGaming customers. You will drive exclusive promotions, educate guests on VIP benefits, and maintain strong relationships through consistent outreach across calls, emails, and texts.

The role requires 3+ years in executive hosting (iGaming preferred), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a willingness to obtain a gaming license. Hybrid office location in Las Vegas area supported.

Qualifications

• Three+ years’ experience in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of iGaming required.
• High energy and passion for VIP experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, understanding analytics dashboards, and gaming technologies.
• Must obtain a gaming license in all Caesars casinos operate in.
• Must be able to commute to the office each day.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business of our highest value iGaming customers.
• Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios.
• Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions.
• Build meaningful relationships through 40–50 phone calls per day.
• Strategically email and text extend offers, promotions, and events.
• Educate guests on VIP importance with dedicated gaming resources.
• Support teammates in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday.
• Execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance the gaming experience.
• Organize and make reservations to our properties nationwide for VIP guests.
• Attend leadership meetings to stay supported and equipped.
• Maintain healthy growth across gaming metrics for the business you’re responsible for.
• Engage in actions that are ethical and compliant with laws, regulations, and policies.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

What You Will Need

• Three+ years’ experience in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of iGamingrequired.
• High levelof energy, enthusiasm, and passion for improving the VIP experience.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, understanding analytics dashboards, and gaming technologies.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license in alljurisdictionsCaesars casinosoperatein.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have manual dexterity and coordination tooperateoffice equipment including, but not limited to, computers, telephone/headset, etc.
• Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions.
• Must be able to make telephone calls for extended periods (minimum40+ calls/day).
• Must be able tolift upto 15 pounds.
• Must be ableto tolerateareascontainingsecondhand smoke.
• Must be able to work forlong periodsof time, under fluorescent lighting.
• Must be able to work at a desk, for most of the day, in a seated position.
• Must be able to spend most of the day working off computer monitors andoperatinga keyboard.
• Although most of thepositionwill be spent seated at a desk, there will be occasions where the candidate must be able to remain on one’s feet forlong periodsof time, and/orwalk forlong distances.
• Mustbe able to travel as needed.
• Must be able to meet business demands on weekends when necessary.

The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $79,000.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role includes paid Personal Time Off and paid company holidays.
