Job summary

Rising Star Casino in Indiana is seeking a Marketing & Player Development professional to build VIP relationships, introduce new VIP guests to the property, and identify new markets to target qualified players.

You will represent the casino at on- and off-property events, respond promptly to guest issues, reactivate inactive patrons, achieve goals for special events and new player sign-ups, and ensure service excellence while coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to speak well and present information clearly; excellent customer service skills; basic computer skills; detail oriented and organized; outgoing and personable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with VIP guests.
• Introduce new VIP guests to the casino property.
• Develop new markets to target qualified players.
• Represent the casino at on and off property events.
• Empower to ensure guests’ problems / complaints are resolved in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
• Reactivate inactive VIP patrons through direct contact (mail, telephone, e-mail etc.).
• Meet required goals for special events, advance hotel reservations and new player sign-ups.
• Provide complimentary amenities to guests who have attained the necessary level of play.
• Facilitate the effective management of information throughout the department and casino.
• Maintain strong communication with all company departments in order to complete assigned duties successfully.
