Job summary

The St Joe Company is seeking a Night Auditor for Embassy Suites - Panama City Beach, FL to ensure accurate front office accounting and daily financial summaries. This full-time role also supports front desk operations, posts charges and taxes, and prepares daily cash and credit card activity reports.

Responsibilities include auditing postings, balancing accounts, running end-of-day processes in the PMS, and assisting guests with check-in/check-out while maintaining a high level of customer

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read labels.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English.
• Previously hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Processes guest charges vouchers and credit card vouchers.
• Verify postings and balances for accuracy.
• Run end-of-day process in the PMS.
• Serve as a front desk agent for check-in/check-out.
• Respond to guest needs and special requests.
